Returns/Exchange Info
We want you to be 100% satisfied! We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund on any non-personalized items for with which you are not completely satisfied. Just contact us by email and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange.
Personalized items (Simply AdorableTM Collection) can not be exchanged or returned, unless defective. If your item is defective, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Personalized items in which the buyer spells the name incorrectly can not be returned or exchanged. Please make sure the name is spelled correctly before you submit your order.
All items must be returned to StraplettesTM within 7 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Please ensure proper packaging when returning, as we can not return items damaged due to lack of careful shipping. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable and exchanged items will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you . You will promptly receive a refund upon our receipt of the returned items.
Delivery times
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, items ship within 7 business days or sooner.
Shipping
Shipping for each item is automatically entered when you add the item into your shopping cart. Items ship via USPS. If you would rather have your item shipped via Priority Mail, please contact me and I can bill you separately for the additional postage.
Payments
Payments will be processed through Paypal. They accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this service.
